Our Bourgogne Coulanges Rosé is a blend of 2 grape varieties: pinot noir and pinot gris. It is made on the one hand by bleeding (a percentage of juice is taken from the red vats at the beginning of the maceration when the colour is just beginning to diffuse) and on the other hand by direct pressing (after a more or less long wait according to the maturity, the grapes are pressed and a light coloration of the press juice is obtained).
A very fruity wine, with intense aromas, very round and rich, it can accompany your meals from starters to dessert.
