With its fine, discreet tannins and delicate fruity notes, this wine is designed for light, simple and aromatic dishes. It therefore prefers white meats, or even grilled or pan-fried fish. Special mention for omelettes and fried eggs, sautéed vegetables, au gratin pasta or rice, vegetable or onion tarts, fondue bourguignonne.
