Our Crémant de Bourgogne is a wine full of youth and audacity. It is fresh and lively. The bubbles are fine and form a delicate pearl necklace. A high class nectar with a lot of finesse.
The Crémant de Bourgogne Blanc de Blancs is dressed in a white gold colour. It is perfumed with white flowers. The citrus fruit aromas are accompanied by freshness and elegance on the palate with an acidity that allows the balance between the aromatic power and the desired lightness.
Crémants de Bourgogne can be served as an aperitif on its own or with fruit cream. During the meal, they go perfectly with a poultry confit with pears and dried fruit or with dessert.
