This wine comes from our Pinot Noir vines (over 25 years old) located in the commune of Migé, in the Yonne region of Burgundy, on Kimmeridgian clay-limestone soil. It is selected and aged in our cellars for one year.
It is a very fruity wine, powerful and supple at the same time. Its flavours are well-balanced, with a nice roundness in the mouth, without excessive tannins and with an appreciable length.

Ageing:
From 8 to 10 years, it will surprise you with its roundness and complexity of aromas. It can be kept for 15 years or more in the cellar.
