Sommelier’s advice :
Frank of character, it is the aperitif wine par excellence. It goes perfectly with seafood. Its liveliness and citrus notes stand up well to the iodine of oysters as well as to the strong scent of goat’s cheese. More simply, Bourgogne Aligoté is one of the rare wines that can be enjoyed with salads, tabbouleh or steamed vegetables. It is also a faithful companion of Burgundian gougères and marbled ham.
