A New Breath
Valentin Vernin
After several years in partnership with JL HOUBLIN who is retiring in 2022, Valentin is taking over the management of the Domaine. His objective is to continue to promote the quality of the Domaine’s wines.
An enthusiast of the wine world
Valentin’s passion for wine is not new. He was brought up in the world of wine and through meeting men in the field who were just as passionate about it, he was naturally drawn to this path.
Today, many subjects are at the centre of the Domaine HOUBLIN-VERNIN’s concerns:
- the implementation of a reasoned production by using biological control methods in order to respect and preserve our environment,
- the promotion of the beautiful terroir of Migé through new parcel-based vintages,
- the promotion of our territory and the “Bourgogne Coulanges la Vineuse” appellation.
