Our “Côte de Nanteau” plot is located on one of the most beautiful south-facing slopes of MIGÉ. The alcoholic and malolactic fermentations are done directly in the demi-muid (500 litres), and the wine is aged for about 18 months. The palate is dense and concentrated, the fruit balanced by a sharp minerality, before a long spicy finish.
